衛(wèi)浴間在我們?nèi)粘Ｉ钪惺潜夭豢缮俚模绻f(shuō)防水問(wèn)題解決不好的話，不僅給很多家庭帶來(lái)了不必要的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失，還可能破壞原本和睦的鄰里關(guān)系。怎樣才能做好衛(wèi)浴間的防水呢？
一、重鋪地磚要做地面防水
如果需要更換衛(wèi)生間原有地磚，將原有地磚鑿去后，一定要先用水泥砂漿將地面找平，再做防水處理，這樣就可以避免防水涂料因厚薄不均而造成滲漏。在做防水之前，一定要將地面清理干凈，用聚氨酯防水涂料反復(fù)涂刷2至3遍。墻與地面之間的接縫及上下水之間的管道地面接縫處，是最容易出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題的地方，一定要督促好工人處理好這些邊邊角角，防水涂料一定要涂抹到位。要求裝修隊(duì)給廚房、衛(wèi)生間的上下水管一律做好水泥護(hù)根，從地面起向上刷10至20厘米的聚氨酯防水涂料，然后地面再重做聚氨酯防水，加上原防水層，組成復(fù)合性防水層，以增強(qiáng)防水性。
